About me

Coaching the person, not just the workout.

I started out rehabbing my own blown-out knee with a barbell and a stubborn physio. That's where I learned the thing I still build every program on: progress you can repeat beats a workout that wrecks you.

I'm a certified strength and conditioning specialist and a precision nutrition coach. Whether you're chasing a first 5k, a heavier squat, or just wanting to feel strong on the stairs again, we'll start where you actually are and move from there.
